SUMMIT OF THE AMERICAS

The Sixth Summit of the Americas will be on April 14 and 15, 2012, in Caratagena, Colombia.

There, 34 Presidents of all the hemisphere will be together to talk about how to face present and future challenges in the region.

The central theme will be "Connecting the Americas:Partners for Prosperity" focused on physical integration and regional cooperation in order to get greater levels of development.

It could be a good manner of stablish parameters to fight against poverty, inequalities, disasters and acces to technologies.

But, we have to mention that Cuba has been forbidden of going to the Summit , because USA has blocked cuban participation since the beginnings of this regional summits.

Is that correct? Is it possible to deny that Cuba is a country of America? Is it okey to say that Cuba doesn´t have any right of participation?

HOW TO PREPARE A DELICIOUS MARINATE LIVER!!!

Ok, I know so many times you would preferr not to eat it but it has hight nutritional facts, so it´s very important to include it in our diet!

Ingredients:
2 steaks of lever cut into five or six pieces
2 tbsp of red vinager
2 tbsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 small onion
1 tomato
2 tbsp of red seasoning (achiote)
1 tbsp of mashed garlic
1 tbsp of oil
1 potato in little cubes
1 1/2 cups of water

Preparation:
First of all, marinate the lever with vinager, 1/2 tbsp of salt, a pinch of pepper and 1 tbsp of red seasoning.
Then, cut onion and tomato in little squares.
Put them in a pyrex bowl with the rest of salt, pepper and the red seasoning, garlic and oil.
Place the bowl into the microwave uncovered and click on dressing tab, if your microwave doesn´t have it, just cook it for 1 minute in Max.
Add the marinated lever,without the liquid of marination, potatoes and water, mix well and cook for 8 minutes in Max. Then mix again and cook more 8 minutes .
Serve with rice and enjoy it!

PERU: MINERS WERE RESCUED!

GREAT! All 7 miners that were trapped for 9 days were rescued today!
Last week, an abandoned mine collapsed but the problem was that informal miners were working there and kept trapped in there.
I don´t know if this kind of things happens in others countries, but here there are so many informal miners that are working without any protection, that are exploited and just obtain a few of money. And it´s not the only thing, there are so many children that are working as slaves in this illegal minery.
So...I hope it could serve for making something in order to finish this social problem or at least to stop the children exploitation because most of them are abducted for making work without any paid for that, that are hitting, that are sexual exploited, that are starving because almost never eat.

Anyway, congrats for the rescued miners and their families!
