
Ok, I know so many times you would preferr not to eat it but it has hight nutritional facts, so it´s very important to include it in our diet!
Ingredients:
2 steaks of lever cut into five or six pieces
2 tbsp of red vinager
2 tbsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 small onion
1 tomato
2 tbsp of red seasoning (achiote)
1 tbsp of mashed garlic
1 tbsp of oil
1 potato in little cubes
1 1/2 cups of water
Preparation:
First of all, marinate the lever with vinager, 1/2 tbsp of salt, a pinch of pepper and 1 tbsp of red seasoning.
Then, cut onion and tomato in little squares.
Put them in a pyrex bowl with the rest of salt, pepper and the red seasoning, garlic and oil.
Place the bowl into the microwave uncovered and click on dressing tab, if your microwave doesn´t have it, just cook it for 1 minute in Max.
Add the marinated lever,without the liquid of marination, potatoes and water, mix well and cook for 8 minutes in Max. Then mix again and cook more 8 minutes .
Serve with rice and enjoy it!
